 I am a recent 1st generation graduate from UNM. I Majored in Computer Science with a minor in Earth Planetary Science.

I love programming and the freedom it has given me to explore my own ideas and test my knowledge and the skillset to the test myself with whatever needs to be built but more than that I do also like hanging out with my daughter Sophia and doing things she is interested in. I also have hobbies I would like to devote more time to such as running iron mans or playing more video games or even traveling more with people who mean the world to me. 

Although my academia is concentrated in Computer Science, I have a wide array of knowledge concerning program design, design patterns, algorithms, computer architecture and cyber security fundamentals.  I also have a wide base of foundational skills that have been developed from my previous positions such as a software engineer, an administrator for a cable company, and military experience.

As my skills stand for a software engineering role, I'm capable of full stack development in just about any language such as Java, C# and C, I am capable in machine hardware assembly and QA methodologies,  I am capable of troubleshooting and fixing hardware and software issues. I am comfortable with subversion systems such as GIT which will ensure commits are well documented and that the software maintains its integrity, I'm familiar with traditional workflows such as scrum. I also have good time management skills which helps me to accomplish the tasks given to me. I was also in the Army for 6 years which helped me develop leadership skills as well as teamwork skills to accomplish goals.

My passion really is in the engineering itself. I love finding solutions to hard problems by developing those ideas by myself or with a team and seeing the results. I believe I will prove to be a valuable asset overtime as I do believe I have good amount of hardware , software, and security infrastructure knowledge that can be further cultivated and if I do lack knowledge I will do whatever necessary to meet the standard practices.
